About Us
Your Home Deserves Someone Who Cares
The Grateful Shed wasn't built on fancy marketing or big promises. It was built on the simple belief that a homeowner deserves a tradesperson who shows up on time, does the job right, and treats your house with the same respect they'd give their own.
Based right here in Elkins, we've spent over a decade helping families and property owners with everything from emergency repairs to planned renovations. When you call us, you're not getting a faceless franchise — you're getting a local team that knows the area, understands local homes, and values a good reputation above all else.

What Our Neighbors Say
"They showed up when they said they would, finished the job faster than expected, and left my house cleaner than they found it. That's rare — I'll be calling again."
"I've used The Grateful Shed for three different projects now — a bathroom fix, some exterior painting, and a deck repair. Every time, the work has been solid and the pricing was fair from the start."
"As a landlord, I need someone I can trust to handle maintenance across multiple properties. The Grateful Shed is that person — reliable, thorough, and easy to work with."
